Our 14-Day Promise

We stand behind every hat we make. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will help make it right.

What We Accept

  • Damaged or defective items: refund or replacement, your choice
  • Wrong item received: refund or replacement, your choice
  • Unworn, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of delivery: exchange or refund

What We Do Not Accept

  • Items that have been worn or washed unless defective
  • Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

Email us at support@trueglory.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We respond within 1 business day with next steps.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
